MOR Distribution LLC respects your privacy. This policy covers our website and online job applications. For questions or privacy requests, email recruiting@mordistribution.com.

What we collect and why

When you apply, we collect your name, phone number, email address, résumé, and information you choose to provide about your experience and qualifications. We use it to review your application and contact you about recruiting. If you email us, we use your message to respond.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, medical information, or copies of identification documents in your résumé.

How applications are handled

Applications are stored in our website system and sent to our recruiting team. We use website hosting, email, and security services to receive, store, deliver, and protect this information. Those services process information needed to perform these functions.

We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it for advertising across other websites. We do not use advertising trackers. We may disclose information if required by law.

Website security and cookies

Basic technical records help our hosting and security systems operate the website and prevent spam or unauthorized access. These are separate from the information we ask you to enter on the application.

The application form uses Google reCAPTCHA and its security cookie to prevent automated abuse. Cookies also support authorized administrator sign ins. You can manage cookies in your browser, but blocking security cookies may affect the form. If you prefer, email your résumé directly to recruiting@mordistribution.com.

We have removed Google Analytics and opted out of optional hosting performance tracking. We do not use information for sale or advertising sharing, including when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Do Not Track does not disable the processing needed to operate and protect the site.

Keeping information

How long we keep a record depends on its purpose, recruiting needs, employment recordkeeping requirements, and any legal hold. Copies may remain in our application system, email, and backups. Some information must be retained to meet legal obligations, even after a deletion request.

Questions and privacy requests

Email recruiting@mordistribution.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Where applicable law provides additional rights, including a portable copy, limits on certain uses, or requests through an authorized agent, we will honor those rights. We will not unlawfully discriminate against anyone for making a privacy request.

We may need to verify your identity or an agent’s authority. Please do not send identification documents with your initial request.

Help and updates

Our application process is intended for adults. Contact us with concerns about a community photograph or a child’s information. If you need help applying or an accommodation during the application process, email the recruiting address above.

We use HTTPS, access controls, and security tools, but no website can guarantee complete security. We will post policy changes here and update the date above.
